According to law enforcement, on December 31, 2025, at around 15:30, near the eastern part of the village of Saruu, for reasons still unclear, a "Volkswagen Golf 2" belonging to a resident of the Jeti-Oguz district, born in 1978, B. R. A., caught fire.
“As a result of the incident, the driver along with two passengers managed to exit the vehicle at the moment it was igniting. The unattended car continued to move, veered off the road, overturned, and was completely engulfed in flames.
The injured passengers sought medical assistance. Their condition is assessed as satisfactory,” the agency added.
The fact of the incident has been registered in the electronic journal of incidents of the Jeti-Oguz district internal affairs department, where an investigation is currently underway.
