A doctor from the village of Bayetov, located in the Ak-Talai district of the Naryn region, became part of an unusual event when he encountered a she-wolf on a night road and shot her.
According to information, the incident occurred on the night of December 29 to 30. Edil Usenov, who works at the Orozbek Köközov Center for General Medical Practice, was driving along the Bayetov–Makmal highway with his two sons. On the stretch of road between the villages of Cholok-Kayin and Bayetov, a she-wolf ran onto the roadway, and the doctor decided to shoot her.
According to Edil, the gun was in the car due to his passion for hunting. "I was driving with my sons and had a gun with me because hunting is my hobby. After we passed the village of Ak-Chiy, I noticed a wolf crossing the road and heading down the slope. I stopped the car and took a shot. The wolf did not try to run away," Usenov shared.
