Fernando Martin was traveling on a tourist boat with his wife and four children. There were only 11 people on board.
When the storm began, high waves reached 1.5 meters, causing the boat to capsize. Seven passengers were rescued, including the coach's wife and daughter.
Preliminary information indicates that Fernando, along with his three sons, was unable to escape from the submerged vessel and drowned.
