Recently, a video surfaced on social media showing acts of violence against young people in a private house in the village of Alamedin. These images sparked a wide public response.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism. The suspect turned out to be F.V., born in 1993. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and an investigation is currently underway.
The Sverdlovsk Internal Affairs Department reminds that any actions related to physical or psychological violence, humiliation of human dignity, as well as other illegal acts, entail criminal liability in accordance with current legislation.
