According to information provided by the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District of Bishkek, this incident was recorded in the automated information system of the JUIs. Law enforcement authorities detained citizens B.K. and I.R., both born in 1975.
Protocols were drawn up against the men under Article 126 of the Code of the KR on offenses related to "Petty Hooliganism." By the decision of the Lenin District Court of Bishkek, each of them was fined 5,500 soms.
On January 4, the head of the Municipal Inspection, Mirlan Taalaybekov, stated that a service investigation is being conducted regarding this case.
“The actions of this employee will be assessed from a legal standpoint, as they damage the authority and image of our service. Based on the results of the investigation, disciplinary and legal measures may be taken, up to and including dismissal,” Taalaybekov added.
On January 5, it became known that this employee of the municipal inspection had been dismissed from his position.
