The incident, during which several individuals were detained, occurred on January 2, 2026, around 03:00 on Jumabek Street in Bishkek. The police learned about the incident thanks to a report received by the "102" service, as reported by the press service of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department.
Officers of the Public Security Management of the Bishkek City Police detained citizens K.M. (born in 2001), A.N. and M.M. (both born in 2004), as well as B.R. (born in 2001) on suspicion of violating public order.
Protocols were drawn up against the detainees under Article 126 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Minor Hooliganism." After the necessary procedural actions were completed, the women were placed in a temporary detention cell.
A separate case was also initiated against A.N. for property damage, and further investigation is underway.
The law enforcement agencies reminded that appropriate measures will be applied to those responsible for violations of public order and behavioral norms in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. It is also emphasized that each offense will be subjected to an operational legal assessment.
