A video appeared on social media showing two men, one of whom is the inspector. In the footage, they were drinking alcohol, spitting, and relieving themselves in public places before getting into a car, with the inspector behind the wheel.
According to preliminary data, the men had a drunken party.
At the meeting, Talaybekov expressed his dissatisfaction: "You got behind the wheel while intoxicated, as confirmed by the photos and videos. You are relieving yourselves in inappropriate places. As a public servant, you should be an example for society. We waited for you in the office until 11 PM, but you never showed up. The law enforcement agencies have not found you yet," he pointed out.
A police officer was also present at the meeting, who took the violator for protocol preparation after it concluded.
