According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy, the event involved 50 high school students, teachers, and a district inspector from the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs.
During the visit, the young guests learned about the Academy's museum, where they discovered the history of the police, its combat and labor traditions, and heard a story about Police General Ergash Aliyev, after whom the Academy is named.
The students had the opportunity to see how cadet classes are conducted and also visited an electronic shooting range, where representatives from the department of military and tactical-special training spoke about service weapons and their significance in the fight against crime.
Additionally, the department of forensic science showcased a weapons museum and discussed the nuances of forensic research.
The excursion was accompanied by the best cadets of the Academy, which added special interest to the event.
The curator of school No. 74, Police Colonel Cholpon Kadyrova, delivered a lecture on the topic "Countering Violence," dedicated to the International Human Rights Day.
During the discussion, issues of legal responsibility, the importance of human dignity, and the necessity of an active civic stance to prevent violence and offenses were addressed.
The excursion contributed to:
- the development of a sustainable interest among students in the activities of internal affairs bodies and professions in the field of national security;
- the enhancement of legal culture and civic responsibility among teenagers;
- the cultivation of patriotism and respect for the history and traditions of the Kyrgyz police.
