The State National Security Committee shared new data: facts of inaction and document forgery
Two employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were detained in connection with the investigation of the murder committed by an ex-policeman of his former wife in Bishkek. This was reported by the press center of the State National Security Committee.
By the order of the leadership of the State National Security Committee, the investigation was transferred to the jurisdiction of this committee.
As part of the investigation, a group was formed to examine, among other things, the factors and circumstances that led to the tragic death of the mother of three children.
During the investigation, new details were revealed regarding the presence of a protection order for the deceased, which indicated a high risk to her life and health.
Nevertheless, the district inspector of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek, "Zh.N.", ignoring his duties and the numerous appeals of the victim, did not take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of the victim and her children.
After the brutal murder, this same inspector "Zh.N." forged documents indicating that inspections had allegedly been conducted at the address of the accused, in order to conceal his criminal inaction.
In addition, the investigation found that the senior inspector of the public safety service of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs, "A.K.", illegally issued and extended a permit for the storage and carrying of a traumatic pistol for the accused, violating the law.
It is important to note that at the time of the murder, the permit had expired, and inspector "A.K." did not take any measures to confiscate the weapon from the suspect.
On December 29, 2025, the State National Security Committee initiated criminal cases against the mentioned policemen for committing service crimes, who were detained the same day and placed in the temporary detention facility of the State National Security Committee.
Within the legally established time frame, they will be charged, and the Lenin District Court of Bishkek has determined the measure of restraint for the entire duration of the investigation.
The investigation continues, and all actions of the responsible law enforcement officials will be thoroughly analyzed to provide an appropriate legal assessment.
