Moreover, after the murder, this inspector forged documents about allegedly conducted checks at the residence of the murderer, trying to cover up his criminal inaction.
The investigation also revealed that the senior inspector of the public safety service of the Bishkek City Police Department, "A.K.", grossly violated the law by issuing and extending a permit for the possession and carrying of a traumatic pistol to the accused, despite the fact that the permit had expired at the time of the murder.
Senior inspector "A.K." took no action to seize the weapon from the suspect.
On December 29, 2025, the GKNB initiated criminal cases against these police officers, and they were detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
According to the law, they will be charged, and the Lenin District Court of Bishkek will determine the measure of restraint during the investigation.

The suspect previously served in the police, retired in 2019, and worked as a coach in a gym. He had a weapon permit obtained after retirement.

He noted that everything could have ended differently if it weren't for this factor and the victim's birthday. He also reported that the suspect came to his ex-wife with a cake and flowers, and she agreed to meet with him. However, it later turned out that the cake and flowers were given by students of KAU in honor of her birthday.
The head of the GKNB, Kamchybek Tashiev, and the ombudsman, Jamila Dzhamanbaeva, emphasized that no circumstances can justify the brutal murder of a mother of three children.
