The case of the dismissal of an employee from the municipal inspection of Bishkek resulted from a serious violation of professional ethics.
At a meeting, the head of the inspection, Mirlan Taalaibekov, stated: “Due to the resulting resonance, we are forced to relieve you of your position. Your actions undermine the authority of the entire service.”
He emphasized that the inspection staff works around the clock on issues related to the elimination of street trading, improvement of public spaces, and maintenance of law and order, while one of them has created a negative image for the entire team.
“You were driving under the influence, urinating in a public place. As a civil servant, you should be an example for citizens. We waited for you all day, but you never showed up. Law enforcement officers are looking for you. Aren't you ashamed in front of your colleagues?” — Taalaibekov exclaimed.
