This incident was classified under Article 128, Part 1 ("Incitement to Suicide") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detained individual turned out to be a serviceman named M.M., born in 2006, who has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Manas city police department.
"Currently, investigative actions are underway, and all necessary examinations have been appointed. Additionally, during the investigation, a legal assessment of the actions of the officials of the State Penitentiary Service will be conducted. Individuals related to this crime are being identified," the Military Prosecutor's Office reported.
