A citizen, K.G., filed a complaint with law enforcement on October 15, 2025. According to her, on that day, a stranger named "T." broke into her house on Koenkozov Street and secretly stole 1,000 US dollars, as well as a Cartier gold bracelet with six diamonds of 750 purity, valued at 370,000 soms, after which he fled the scene of the crime.
As a result of the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Theft").
During the investigative and operational activities, police officers managed to identify and apprehend the suspect — J.T., born in 1989. He was taken to the Investigative Service of the Interior Ministry of the Pervomaisky District and, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
Currently, the police are conducting an investigation to determine the possible involvement of the detainee in other similar crimes. The investigation is ongoing.
