Information about the incident was transmitted on December 31, 2025, to the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district from the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance of the Chui region. A citizen, U.I., born in 2004, a resident of the village of Dmitrievka, was admitted to the hospital with bodily injuries. According to preliminary data, he became a victim of a beating carried out by unidentified individuals.
The fact of the incident was registered in the established manner, and based on this, a criminal case was initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning causing serious harm to health.
During operational search activities, police officers detained two citizens: T.R., born in 2003, and A.U., born in 2005, who were placed in a temporary detention facility.
Other individuals involved in this crime have also been identified, and necessary investigative actions are currently being conducted regarding them.
