The conflict that led to the brawl arose in the center of one of the rural districts between young people from different villages.
The incident has been officially registered. An investigative operational group from the Chuy region police department, along with officers from the Issyk-Ata district police department, promptly arrived at the scene.
As a result of operational and preventive measures, the police were able to identify all participants in the conflict. They were taken to the Chuy region police department for necessary investigative actions.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Hooliganism".
The investigation revealed that the conflict began in the parking lot of one of the stores due to a dispute between the driver of one vehicle and the passengers of another over a parking space, which ultimately led to a verbal altercation and then to a fight.
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, 11 individuals have been detained, and their details are being clarified during the investigation.
Additionally, protocols have been drawn up against 18 violators of public order under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Minor Hooliganism".
The investigation of the criminal case is ongoing.
