According to law enforcement information, the incident occurred on January 5. At 06:00, a local resident born in 1972, named S.K., approached the Panfilov District Internal Affairs Department. He reported that an unknown assailant attacked him near the "Nur" store in Kainde and, motivated by hooliganism, inflicted several stab wounds before fleeing the scene.
The fact of the incident was recorded, and a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on "Hooliganism".
The investigation established that the attack occurred while the assailant was under the influence of alcohol.
Necessary judicial and legal examinations have been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
