A resident of the village of Soviet contacted the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata District, stating that on the night of January 6, his "Nissan R'nessa," parked near his house, was stolen.
This incident was recorded under Article 211 ("Theft of a Motor Vehicle") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Law enforcement officers were able to detain three suspects: N.A., born in 2006, N.M., born in 2009, and Sh.B., born in 2008.
The investigation suggests that after stealing the car, the youths were involved in a traffic accident. As a result, one of them, a 19-year-old young man, was placed in a temporary detention facility, while the two minors were handed over to the custody of their parents.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
