The incident occurred on January 5, when around six in the morning, a stranger attacked a 53-year-old resident of Kainy near the "Nur" store. The attacker not only beat the man but also inflicted injuries with a sharp object.
The fact of the attack was recorded in accordance with Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism.
The law enforcement authorities detained the suspect, identified as E.Sh., born in 1998. The court has determined a preventive measure of two months of detention.
The investigation is clarifying the details of the incident, in particular, that the suspect was in a state of alcohol intoxication at the time of the crime.
