A signal about private events being held in the capital, where photo and video materials were being recorded, was received by the police on January 6. These materials were then posted on social networks popular in Kyrgyzstan.
During the preliminary investigation, it was revealed that the parties were held according to a carefully thought-out scheme with changing locations in rented premises.
As a result, five women were detained: T.I. (born in 2002), I.A. (1996), O.G. (2001), R.D. (1999), and J.A. (2001). A protocol was drawn up against each of them under Article 109 ("Distribution of pornographic materials") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and they were all fined 10,000 soms.
In addition, the establishment where these events took place was closed, and its owners were also held accountable under the same article.
