On January 5, 2026, a citizen A.Z., born in 1982, approached the Nookat District Internal Affairs Department.
He reported that on December 17, 2025, in the city of Nookat, he was assaulted by unknown individuals who took his mobile phone.
This incident was documented, and a preliminary investigation was initiated. Based on the collected materials, a criminal case was opened under Article 206 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Robbery"), and operational investigative actions were commenced.
As a result of operational search activities, two suspects were detained: N. uulu B., born in 1999 and previously convicted, and K.A., born in 1988. They are currently in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative measures are ongoing to establish any possible connection of the detainees with other crimes.
