In connection with this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 211 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the theft of motor vehicles.
As a result of operational search activities, the police were able to identify the suspects: N. A. (born in 2006), N. M. (born in 2009), and Sh. B. (born in 2008). All of them were taken to the police station for further investigative actions.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the stolen vehicle was involved in a traffic accident, as a result of which it was overturned.
Teenager N. A. was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility. The other minors — N. M. and Sh. B. — were handed over to the custody of their parents.
