According to information from the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Chui region, a criminal case was initiated based on a statement from citizen J.R. under Article 211 (Theft of a motor vehicle) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational search activities, the police were able to identify the suspects: N.A. (born in 2006), N.M. (2009), and Sh.B. (2008). All three were taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district for investigative actions.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the young people stole the specified vehicle, in which they later caused a traffic accident that resulted in the car overturning.
Suspect N.A. was placed in a temporary detention facility, while N.M. and Sh.B. were subjected to a preventive measure in the form of being placed under parental supervision.
Investigative actions are ongoing.
