A criminal case has been initiated under the article "Hooliganism"
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a video has appeared on the internet showing an unknown man using physical and psychological violence against several people.
As a result of an investigation conducted by the Investigative Service of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Directorate, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism.
During operational-search activities, police officers were able to identify the suspect, who turned out to be F.V., born in 1993.
The man was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Directorate.
