On January 4, a woman born in 1975 contacted the local police department in Karakol. She reported that on January 2, around 14:00, her daughter, born in 2010, left the house and did not return.
After the report was registered, operational and search activities were initiated. As a result of the actions taken by law enforcement, the whereabouts of the girl were established, and she was handed over to the staff of the juvenile affairs inspection of the Karakol City Department of Internal Affairs.
During the interrogation, the minor was questioned in the presence of her mother. She stated that on January 7, 2026, in the village of Ak-Suu, in an unknown house, she was subjected to sexual violence.
This incident was recorded, and a forensic medical examination was appointed. Since the incident occurred in the territory of the Ak-Suu district, the case materials were transferred to the appropriate department.
The fact has been registered in the Ak-Suu district department of internal affairs, and a criminal case has been initiated under Article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning sexual acts against persons under the age of sixteen.
Suspects. As a result of operational investigative actions, two residents of the village of Ak-Suu – O. U. and B. K., both born in 2006, were detained. According to preliminary data, the suspects admitted their guilt and were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Articles 96-97 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investigative actions are ongoing.
