According to the agency's information, on December 29, 2025, around 04:00, a video appeared on social media showing teenagers driving a car without having driver's licenses.
“In response to this incident, the investigator from the Traffic Safety Department of Karakol took measures that allowed for the identification of the offenders and their vehicle. As a result of the inspection, the owner of the vehicle was fined in accordance with current legislation,” the statement noted.
Additionally, the minors involved in the incident were registered with the juvenile affairs inspection of the Karakol City Internal Affairs Directorate. Explanatory conversations were also held with their parents,” the Traffic Safety Department added.
