According to ecologists, as a result of a raid conducted on January 2, a fact of illegal hunting was established: a local resident had hunted 9 partridges. The seized birds and pneumatic weapon were sent to the Aitmatov district police department.
Also, on January 4, during another raid, two more individuals from the Aitmatov district were detained for illegally shooting 18 chukars (stone partridges). The weapon and the shot birds were handed over to the investigative authorities for further investigation.
Efforts to identify and prevent cases of illegal hunting will continue.
