The incident occurred on January 1, 2026, at 11:00 PM. Employees of the tourist-ecological police of the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region were conducting evening patrols in the area of the "Kyzyl-Tash" beach on the lake when they discovered the offense.
The detained individual turned out to be a 41-year-old local resident known as K.N.
Upon inspection, he was found in possession of and had 54 fish, 5 nets with a total length of 500 meters, as well as a boat and a pair of rubber boots, which became material evidence.
The case materials have been registered with the Balykchy Internal Affairs Department, and investigative actions are currently ongoing.
