On December 26, 2025, the city police department of Manas received complaints from several citizens who became victims of fraud.
According to them, on December 20 at 23:45, they attempted to purchase electronic airline tickets for the route Moscow – Bishkek through Telegram. While communicating with a user named Albert, they transferred money to the specified phone number using a QR code. However, after receiving the payment, Albert blocked his page and stopped responding.
During the investigation, officers of the criminal police of the Jalal-Abad region identified and detained the suspect, who is a resident of the Suzak district and was born in 2000.
It turned out that this citizen, A. A., had previously had legal issues related to a similar fraud charge.
