Employees of the Main Department of Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic organized the event "Foreign Citizen," which took place from November to December 2025. The main goal of this event was to identify and prevent violations of migration legislation.
As a result of the inspections, protocols were drawn up under Article 431 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning violations of the rules of stay, labor activity, or transit by foreign citizens. The total amount of fines imposed during these events exceeded 300,000 soms.
The inspections covered various establishments related to entrepreneurial activities, such as cafes, restaurants, sewing workshops, car dealerships, construction sites, as well as residential premises where foreigners temporarily reside.
