
During the inspection of compliance with land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the prosecutor's office of the Jet-Oguz district discovered that in 2008, land plots totaling 8 hectares, located in the territory of the Kyzyl-Suu rural administration, were illegally transferred to private ownership.
According to the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, after the intervention of prosecutorial oversight, these plots, valued at 7 million 815 thousand soms, were returned to state ownership.
