The Minister of Natural Resources, Meder Mashiev, shared with Tazabek current information about the status of the Kyzyl-Ompol deposit development.
He noted that the company "Kyrgyzaltyn" plans to independently organize the production process at this deposit.
"The first stage includes the separation of titanomagnetite and ore. The extracted ore will be divided into two categories: one is titanomagnetite, and the other is complex ore containing various associated minerals. Both of these components will be processed at different production facilities. The complex ore will be sent for processing to the Kara-Balta Mining Plant," the minister explained.

Mashiev also added that it is necessary to create a new production facility that will focus on separating titanium from iron.

"We are negotiating with partners specifically regarding this production. They are studying modern technologies and holding meetings with representatives of various companies," the minister concluded.
