Previously, the competitive selection for appointing leaders of educational institutions was quite a costly process. According to the minister, this approach is ineffective.
“Competitions were held in a pilot mode, and after each director's resignation, a new competition was announced, which could be prolonged indefinitely. This is unsustainable, as each competition requires significant time and financial resources. Therefore, we decided to create a personnel reserve. Participants who pass the selection will be included in this reserve, they will receive training, and they will be able to fill vacant positions across the country. This will allow us to conduct the competition only once and form a reserve. A system for self-preparation will also be developed for participants. We are currently working on this concept,” the minister added.
