Our goal is not to detain corrupt officials, but to implement reforms aimed at eliminating the causes of corruption,” he stated. The minister also called on the heads of medical institutions to cooperate: “I am ready for dialogue. If you have been involved in corrupt schemes, that is your business. Today we need to move forward and eradicate corruption. I am open to your suggestions.” He added that raids and tightening of requirements have already begun. Some employees have already expressed a desire to leave their positions, but this will not be a critical loss for the healthcare system. On the contrary, priority will be given to young specialists who are gaining new opportunities for professional growth. Dosmambetov also pointed out problems in large medical institutions, where influential figures effectively control operations, hindering the development of youth and creating a divide between “insiders” and “outsiders.” “Our task is to create a transparent system. If any of the leaders want to leave, we will not hold them back, but I remain open to dialogue,” he concluded.
