The Minister of Digital Development and AI, Jaslan Madiyev, announced the training process for civil servants in the field of artificial intelligence, as reported by Orda.kz.
This initiative by the ministry aims to prepare civil servants.
“Currently, the program covers 50,000 civil servants. In the future, training in artificial intelligence will become mandatory, and employees will not be able to perform their duties without the necessary skills,” Madiyev noted at a press conference.
He emphasized the importance of this step for enhancing the qualifications of the civil service, improving work efficiency, and combating bureaucracy.
“We are training civil servants to create AI agents, develop models and multi-agent platforms, providing the necessary computational resources, datasets, and language models. Even individuals without prior programming experience will be able to learn how to create such agents,” the minister added.
According to the ministry, about 3,000 civil servants have already completed training in developing AI agents and working on the platform.
