The Ministry of Health has provided clarifications regarding the queues that have formed in family medicine centers for obtaining medical certificate form 083.
This certificate is necessary for the issuance or replacement of driver's licenses.
According to information from the heads of family medicine centers, there has been a sharp increase in the number of applications for this certificate in recent weeks. Previously, about 15-20 certificates were issued per day, but this number has now increased almost sixfold. For example, in September, around 500 certificates were issued daily across the country, while in December this figure reached 3,000.
“The process of issuing certificates continues as usual; medical workers do not refuse to serve citizens, and appointments are made strictly in order,” the message states.
