- On the air of the radio program, Askar Sydykov, the executive director of the International Business Council, shared his concerns about the increasing state control in certain sectors of the economy.

He noted that creating conditions for full-fledged competition is a fundamental principle of a free economy. However, this year several laws and regulations have been adopted that negatively affect the competitive environment.

“For example, we are talking about the monopolization of internet traffic, changes in the regulation of medical education, and driving schools. This certainly raises concerns among entrepreneurs, as it reduces their opportunities for doing business and limits growth prospects,” he added.
