According to information from the press service of the Bishkek City Police Department, law enforcement officials shut down the activities of a group that was hosting private parties and posting photos and videos from these events on social media.
Administrative protocols have been drawn up against several women. These are citizens T.I. (born 2002), I.A. (born 1996), O.G. (born 2001), R.D. (born 1999), and J.A. (born 2001), who were held accountable under Article 109 ("Distribution of pornographic materials") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. Each of them has been fined 10,000 soms.
Additionally, as a result of these actions, one of the establishments where these events took place has been closed.
A case of the distribution of prohibited content was recorded in the Automated Information System of the Bishkek City Police Department. It was established that the parties were held according to a pre-planned scheme, and the venues were constantly changing, as the premises were rented specifically for these events.
Information about the illegal activities was received on January 6, 2026. Materials from private parties were posted on Instagram and one of the Telegram channels.
