During the inspection, law enforcement officers focused on the presence and authenticity of documents verifying the identity of foreign citizens, as well as the legality of their stay in Kyrgyzstan.
“Foreigners were informed about the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to which they are required to carry documents confirming their legal stay in the country when leaving their place of residence. They were also advised to avoid leaving their residences without a compelling reason. In case of emergencies, they were encouraged to contact service 102,” the statement said.
Particular attention was paid to explaining the legal norms under which foreign students do not have the right to engage in labor activities without the appropriate permission.
Preventive measures aimed at identifying and preventing violations of migration legislation will continue in the future.
