In Bishkek, a group was identified that organized closed parties, the photos and videos of which were subsequently published on social media. This was reported by the press service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital.

According to law enforcement, the venues for the events changed periodically and were always rented in advance.

Police representatives emphasized that "in order to protect the spiritual and moral values of society, to prevent the moral degradation of youth, and to avert the involvement of citizens, including youth, in criminal activities, a comprehensive system of preventive and operational measures is being carried out on a regular basis."

As a result, administrative protocols were drawn up against five girls born in 2001, 1996, 2002, 1999, and 2001 under Article 109 ("Distribution of pornographic materials") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. Each of them was fined 10,000 soms.

In addition, the activities of one of the clubs where these closed events took place were suspended, and a fine was imposed on it.

The police urged citizens to adhere to the norms of public morality and current legislation, reminding that participation in the distribution of pornographic materials, including their transmission via the internet and messengers, is a criminal offense.
