The Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic congratulated children in medical institutions across the country

On December 30, 2025, the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kanibek Dosmambetov, visited the oncology departments of the National Center for Maternal and Child Health, as well as the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Family Support in the capital. The press service of the Ministry of Health shared information about the visit.
The approach of the New Year created a festive atmosphere at the National Center for Maternal and Child Health, where New Year events were prepared for young patients with the participation of animators. Bright costumes and smiles helped distract children from their daily hardships, bringing them a sense of wonder and hope. Each child received New Year gifts.
Then the minister continued his visit to the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Family Support, where the festive mood was felt not only by the children but also by the staff who care for children with special needs every day. As a token of appreciation for their hard work, the ministry presented awards and certificates of honor to the nurses and educators. New Year gifts were also given to the children.
Kanibek Dosmambetov congratulated everyone on the upcoming New Year and expressed sincere gratitude to healthcare workers for their selflessness, care for patients, and dedication to their profession.
The minister noted that starting in April 2026, thanks to the support of President Sadyr Japarov, doctors' salaries will be increased by 100%. A decision has also been made to provide 5,000 mortgage apartments to medical workers. These measures are aimed at improving the social protection of medical workers and enhancing the attractiveness of the profession.
In conclusion of the New Year events, Deputy Minister Ryspek Sulkaidarov conveyed warm greetings to the staff and students of the Republican Specialized Center for Rehabilitation of Children with Central Nervous System Damage in Tokmak. Children were presented with New Year gifts, and staff received awards and certificates of honor from the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. A certificate for 200,000 soms was also provided to support the institution.
