Bright costumes and smiles helped distract the children from the hospital routine, giving them a sense of celebration and hope for a better future. Each child received New Year gifts, as stated in the press release.
After visiting the oncology departments, the minister headed to the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Family Support in Bishkek, where both the children and the staff shared in the festive spirit, working daily to help children with special needs.
