In an interview on "Birinchi Radio," the Minister of Education pointed out that many parents hope for state funding for children's meals in kindergartens. However, she reminded that according to the current Budget Code, such expenses must be covered by the parents themselves.

Kendirbaeva emphasized that the state is responsible for the socialization and development of children, while parents should take care of their nutrition. "There are various social programs and benefits to support needy families, as well as grants for starting a business. The state cares for children who do not have parental guardianship," she added.

According to the minister, the average cost of meals for one child is about 2,000 soms per month, and such expenses should not be burdensome for parents. "The state is already providing assistance to those who truly need it," the head of the Ministry of Education concluded.
