The trade turnover of Kyrgyzstan for the 11 months of 2025 amounted to $14 billion

The volume of external and mutual trade of the Kyrgyz Republic from January to November 2025 amounted to $14 billion, which is 12.2% lower compared to the same months in 2024. This was reported by Baktybek Kudaybergenov at a press conference.

He noted that the main factor for the decrease in trade turnover was a sharp decline in export supplies, which decreased by 43.5%. In the structure of trade, the share of exports was 18.5%, while imports accounted for 81.5%.

Mutual trade with the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union during the specified period reached $4.9 billion, which is 1.3% more than in January–November 2024. At the same time, exports to EAEU countries decreased by 34.3%, while imports, on the contrary, increased by 17.7%.

The largest share of mutual trade with the EAEU came from Russia, which accounted for 64.1%, and Kazakhstan — 33.5%. In the overall structure of the republic's trade turnover, trade with EAEU members constituted 35.2%, of which 39.2% was exports and 34.3% was imports.

As for trade with third countries, the volume from January to November 2025 amounted to $9.1 billion, which is 18.1% lower than in the same period last year. The share of these transactions in the total trade turnover of the republic was 64.8%, in exports — 60.8%, and in imports — 65.7%.
