Official sources indicate that the financing of construction projects in this sector was mainly carried out through the funds of enterprises and organizations, as well as through the personal savings of citizens and charitable contributions from residents of Kyrgyzstan. These sources accounted for 98.1% of the total investment volume.
A similar trend is observed in the field of transport services and cargo storage, where the volume of utilized investments also decreased by 1% compared to January-November 2024.
Financing for the construction of transport and logistics facilities was primarily sourced from foreign loans, as well as from the republican and local budgets, with additional funds attracted from enterprises and organizations. The share of these sources amounted to 95%.
