The main factor behind this growth was the increase in outflows to countries such as Luxembourg, Turkey, and China.
Additionally, the outflow of investments to CIS countries also demonstrated an increase — by 2.7 times, which is primarily related to the growth in outflows to Kazakhstan and Russia.
