Kyrgyzstan in the Top Five Leaders for Companies with Foreign Participation in Kazakhstan

According to information provided by the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of Kazakhstan, as of January 1, 2025, there are 59,537 registered companies in the country, which is an increase of 6.8% compared to the end of 2023. This data was published in Kazakhstani news outlets.

Here is how the dynamics of the number of companies looks as of the current date:

- In 2023, 55,757 companies were registered;

- By 2024, their number increased to 59,351;

- At the beginning of 2025, the number of companies reached 59,537.

Kyrgyzstan ranked fifth among countries with the highest number of leading companies as of January 1, 2025:

1. Russia — 23,289;

2. Uzbekistan — 5,731;

3. China — 5,280;

4. Turkey — 5,260;

5. Kyrgyzstan — 3,162.
