In December of this year, new securities issues were registered for both strategic state enterprises and private companies. This was reported by the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service.
During the state registration procedure for the emissions, key participants from the financial and energy sectors were involved. In particular, the 31st issue of ordinary registered shares of JSC "Eldik Bank" and the 14th issue of securities of JSC "National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan" were approved. The regulator also registered the results of previous placements for NESC, JSC "Mailuu-Suu Lamp Factory," JSC "Kyrgyz Post," and the state enterprise "Tunduk."
According to the information from the State Financial Supervision, the results of the 29th issue of shares for JSC "State Mortgage Company" (GIK) were approved, with the unplaced securities being canceled.
Additionally, in the private sector, registrations were completed for CJSC "Ak Shumkar Key Ji," "Omni Group," "Ak-Bulak," and the microfinance company "OKSUS."
Moreover, LLC "Prime Investment" received a license for brokerage and dealer activities, as well as for trust management of assets. At the same time, LLC "Vision Pro," operating as a virtual asset exchange operator, re-registered its license due to a name change to LLC "Digital Business Solutions."
