The volume of investments in fixed assets in 2025 amounted to 374.6 billion soms

In 2025, the volume of investments in fixed capital reached 374.6 billion soms, which is an increase of 18.4% compared to the previous year. This was reported by Baktybek Kudaybergenov, Chairman of the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan, at a press conference.

According to the information provided by Kudaybergenov, the increase in investments compared to the period from January to December 2024 occurred due to a 9% growth in domestic funding sources and a 3.8% increase in external sources.

The majority of investments, about 80% of the total volume, were directed towards the development of various sectors. In particular, significant funds were invested in the construction of facilities in the mining sector, transportation activities and cargo storage, as well as in the provision of electricity, gas, and steam, in manufacturing, education, and housing construction.

Note:

In the structure of investments in fixed capital, the main share is accounted for by expenditures on contract work, equipment, tools, and inventory in the construction sector.
