The deputy explained his initiative to cancel additional payments
Deputy Marlen Mamataliyev shared his thoughts in an interview with the publication "24.kg" regarding his initiative to cancel additional payments for night shifts.
He noted that these changes pertain to city services and are aimed at reducing inconveniences for citizens.
“I am not against an increased rate for night work. However, it is necessary to organize separate shifts so that employees work exclusively at night, without interfering during the day. There are people who want to work at night,” Mamataliyev stated.
For reference, the deputy previously proposed to cancel additional payments for night hours so that garbage collection and road repairs could be carried out in the evening and at night, as daytime work contributes to traffic jams and road closures.
