The deputy presented a draft law for public discussion
Marlen Mamataliyev, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, proposed to introduce a ban on the sale of alcoholic beverages in the country from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This draft law has already been submitted for public discussion.
According to the deputy, the exception should only apply to cafes, bars, restaurants, and duty-free zones.
In addition, Mamataliyev proposed to completely ban the sale of alcoholic, low-alcohol, and tonic non-alcoholic beverages in central squares, parks, squares, recreation areas, and entertainment complexes, as well as within a radius of 100 meters from them.
